You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. DMatic cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
You agree not to misuse our automation services for spam, harassment, or any activity that violates Instagram's Terms of Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in prohibited activities without prior notice.
We may update, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Subscription fees are subject to change with 30 days' notice. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or dashboard notification.
DMatic is provided "as is" and "as available". We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
DMatic uses Instagram's official Graph API and complies with all platform policies. Users are responsible for ensuring their automation activities remain within Instagram's usage guidelines.
All payments are processed via Razorpay. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. 18% GST and payment gateway charges are applicable on all transactions.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
