DMatic operates on a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final and non-refundable.
We stand behind our product and encourage all potential customers to take full advantage of our 30-day free trial before making a purchase decision.
We offer a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. This allows you to thoroughly evaluate DMatic and determine if it meets your business needs before committing to a paid subscription.
Due to the nature of our digital services and the comprehensive free trial period, we do not offer refunds on any subscription payments. Once a payment is processed, it is final and non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
In extremely rare cases of technical errors resulting in duplicate charges, we will review and process refunds for the duplicate amount only. Such cases must be reported within 7 days of the transaction.
No refunds will be provided for accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions or Instagram's platform policies.
